Bronte Aiphone Colour Video Intercom

 
This was installed as a 1 to 1 system with door release using a Lockwood Padde strike.
 
Being a seaside and exposed location great care was taken to seal up the door station to prevent water/sea salt penetration a fault we get called out to fix frequently and can be avoided by proper installation.

Essential Fire Safety Measures Upgrade in Rose Bay Unit Block
 

This upgrade included surface mount Emergency Lighting, illuminated coopers Exit Signs with back up batteries installed on isolated circuits and changing knob style door sets on final egress doors to lever style as well as installing auto hooks and changing deadbolts to dead latches on fire doors that address the risk to comply with AS2293.1 & AS2444 .

CCTV installation in Vaucluse Home

With this home the main concern was vandalism to the front of their property and also to keep an eye on the property perimeter. Vari focal infra red day/night cameras were used outside and concealed cameras in several location inside the home with a networked DVR that sends a message to their iPhones when certain pre defined events occur, they are also able to view the cameras throughout their TV network and view live and recorded footage from any PC or on their iPhone.

Essential Fire Safety Measures Upgrade in Oxford Street shop 

This upgrade included recessed Emergency Lighting, illuminated coopers Exit Signs with back up batteries installed on isolated circuits and Fire Extinguishers that address the risk involved to comply with AS2293.1 & AS2444 .

 

 Remedial Work repairing a Fire Hose Reel installed incorrectly and unsafely by another company

 
Allot of work we do at Future Safe is remedial, repairing other peoples work which has failed very quickly or never worked at all like this fire hose reel which was installed in almost every way opposite to the standard laid out by Australian Standard 2441, the valve was at such a hight only a tall person would be able to reach it and the hose guide installed in a manner that rather than guide the hose out it would snag it.
 
We were able to salvage the reel itself, refit the piping correctly and mount the valve and reel according to specifications laid out in AS2441 allowing this equipment to become functional vital fire fighting equipment as it was intended to be. 
 
 

Rosslare one door access control system and Bosch video intercom
 
The Rosslare Single door control system is a very reliabile and tough keypad with optionaprox reader inbuilt also. Here the unit controls access for a single external door but we have installed these units in CBD office blocks to homes.
 A Bosch Lynea Video intercom is also servicing these premises.

Replacing old enclosure and fuses with New 12 pole Hager Circuit Board, RCD and Surge Protection.

 
This residence was suffering alot of false RCD trips mainly due to the hap hazard "upgrades" that had been added to the board over the years and had corrosion in the old metal enclosure. The meatal enclosure was replaced with a E&R galvanised unit, the old meter remounted and the council fuse replaced. A Hager Surface mount 12 pole board with breakers, RCD and surge arrester was installed which brought the house out of a potential firetrap and into line with AS3000.
 
The owners also opted for a power point to be installed at the same time in the enclosure as this is a very convenient feature we usually install with most new boards now.
